Welcome to Christian Pacific Homes, Inc., a developer of affordable housing using modular and manufactured products and organized as a not-for-profit corporation under Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Company Profile

Christian Pacific Homes, Inc. was founded in 1991 by William O’Hara for purpose of providing a full range of consulting services to include; site location and acquisition, feasibility analysis, financing, design and engineering, and development for the purpose of providing affordable housing alternatives to homeowners and residential investors.

William O’Hara is a California Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry. Mr. O’Hara also holds B.S. and M.B.A. Degrees from the University of Southern California as well as a Juris Doctorate Degree and a Master of Laws in Taxation.  William O’Hara has provided consulting services for Fortune 200 companies like Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Comerica Bank, Santa Fe Pacific Realty Corporation for the purpose of commercial real estate acquisition/disposition, leasing, renovation, development, financing and management.
